What is the difference between a warm and a cool toned banner?

Our warm toned banners consist of warm colors such as yellows, oranges, creams, reds, pinks, tans, spring greens and other sunset colors. Our cool toned banners include colors such as blues, purples, winter greens, browns, grays, and whites. Please see photos for visual examples.

What is the difference between feminine, masculine, and mixed patterns?

Our feminine-patterned banners give our designers free reign on the floral patterns, while our masculine banners exclude all floral patterns and stay within plaids, stripes, and other classic patterns. Our mixed-patterned banners allow for some florals among other classic patterns - but differ from feminine by not allowing the floral patterns to overtake the classic patterns. How long until I should expect to receive my banner?

Unless otherwise noted on the website or via email, your banner is shipped within 4-5 weeks from the day your ordered it. You will receive and email when your order is shipped.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately since all of our products are custom to your preferences refunds and/or exchanges are not available.
